What we work on
You have the business figured out. What you need is the part your customer actually meets: a website that works on a phone, a contact form that reaches you, or a booking path that makes the next step clear.
We start with the job the site or app needs to do. That might be helping someone understand your services and get in touch. It might be replacing a spreadsheet, bringing a few disconnected steps together, or giving your team a clearer view of their work.
The scope follows that job. We work through the pages, information and connections it needs, then build and test the agreed paths. Before launch, you see those paths working, from the first screen to the message, booking or record they produce.

Where to start
Send your current website if you have one, a short description of your business, and the step customers or staff struggle with. You do not need a technical specification. If another system needs to connect, tell us its name so we can check what access it supports before promising an integration.
Scope and limits
A website can make it easier to understand your business and contact you. Search rankings, traffic and sales also depend on demand, competition and the work that happens after launch. We agree the deliverables and responsibilities in writing, including who owns the content and who will maintain it.
