What we work on
When someone asks for a recording, finding it should not mean losing a night to the playback bar. We work from authorized exports and organize what was recorded into a dated log, with the relevant source clip beside each entry.
The starting point is the recorder and the footage you already have. We first check the export, its timestamps and whether it is suitable for the proposed review. Your original remains the reference. Review copies and working notes need to be clearly distinguished from it.
A useful index helps a named reviewer get back to the source. It brings the entries into wall-clock order and keeps the connection to the relevant clip. Where the export has gaps, unclear timing or poor visibility, those limits belong in the record too.

Where to start
Describe the recorder, the approximate amount of footage and what your team needs to find. Do not put sensitive footage into the general inquiry form. We will agree a suitable transfer method and confirm authorization, scope and availability before accepting material.
Scope and limits
An index is an aid to review. It does not establish identity, intent or wrongdoing, and it cannot recover events the camera did not record. Certain services may require a separate authorization or licensing check; availability is confirmed before an engagement begins.
